We are looking for an experienced marketeer to join us as a Senior Marketing Executive. The role will involve taking ownership of all marketing activity and plans for our community-based employability courses. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing for Employability to drive our marketing strategy and collaborate with the Employability Sales team to support more people in gaining life-changing qualifications. No two days are the same in the marketing team at Learning Curve Group. This role will involve coordinating and planning activities across both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media campaigns, email marketing, website content, and print materials such as flyers, banners, and brochures. Lead on the marketing activity for specific business streams. Create, own, and deliver successful cross-channel marketing plans. Design and develop campaigns and collaterals. Work closely with operational directors to align marketing and learner recruitment strategies with wider business strategies. Ensure all marketing materials, including the website, for your business streams are up to date and adhere to brand guidelines. Support the wider team of marketing executives to develop their skills. Assist with internal and external events where appropriate. Track ROI for all marketing activity. Use data to improve future campaigns. Consider and be aware of budgets. Conduct competitor analysis and reporting. Communicate as the lead contact with external stakeholders and clients (where applicable) in a positive and productive way. Strong graphic design skills - experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) and Canva (experience in Illustrator is desirable). Excellent copywriting skills. Experienced with PPC advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Experienced with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite). Experienced with email marketing tools and data segmentation (experience with Klaviyo is a bonus). Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to quickly understand new and complex information. Good time management abilities and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
