Step into an exciting new chapter with a leading biotech organisation! We’re on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Senior Marketing Executive to join a small and dynamic Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment where marketing meets science. As part of an established marketing department, you’ll work closely with our Sales and Business Development teams to craft compelling online content, informing customers and driving lead generation. Whilst primarily B2B, there’s a touch of B2C to keep things interesting. You’ll be using LinkedIn, emarketing campaigns and occasionally other socials. This is an office-based role, ideal for a digital-savvy marketing professional eager to hit the ground running. What You'll Be Doing:

Social Media: Own, excite and captivate through social channels. Website: Keep our website fresh, relevant and on-brand, working with third parties to boost SEO rankings and manage AdWords. Campaign Coordination: Design, develop and deliver outbound marketing activities and events. Brand Champion: Safeguard and elevate the brand identity across all platforms. Content Creator: Collaborate with our technical team to craft inspiring, informative, and promotional content. Who is this role suitable for?

A degree qualified marketer (or with equivalent hands-on experience). A proven track record in a digital marketing-focused role. An ideas person; able to be creative with outreach topics, approaches and media. A collaborator; able to work with cross functional teams; building relationships to enhance branded messages across all technical departments. Expertise in digital media management (social media, websites) and event organisation. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (bonus points for experience but not essential). Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English. Strong attention to detail, project planning and organisation skills. Proficiency in automated digital marketing systems and applications.
