INTRODUCTION We're looking for an experienced and talented Senior Marketing Executive for Legal Benchmarking Group (LBG), a portfolio company of Delinian (formerly Euromoney) to assist in the delivery of a marketing strategy across 4 streams to drive revenue beyond £10m in benchmarking and accreditation, £2m in client marketing solutions, £2m in subscriptions, and £1m in events, with a key focus on: email, social media (organic and paid), and internal display advertising. JOB PURPOSE The Senior Marketing Executive plays a critical role in enabling the planning and successful delivery of awareness and lead generation campaign programs across 11 brands. They will work closely with the Head of Marketing as well as the wider marketing team and in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver various marketing plans and initiatives to increase brand awareness and maximise revenue potential, with a key focus on: email, social media (organic and paid), and internal display advertising. KEY OBJECTIVES Execute and deliver effective marketing campaigns for our products, focusing on digital channels such as social media and email marketing. Oversee the creation of high-quality brand and campaign assets, working with in-house and external designers as well as editing templates on Canva. Design and execute sophisticated content marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness and strengthen client relationships. Build a close collaboration with key stakeholder groups including Sales, Research, Customer Success, and Product. Attend calls/meetings to develop relationships with key stakeholders and a good understanding of each brand. Efficiently prepare, schedule, and manage organic and paid social media activity with a key focus on CTR, lead generation, and CPA/ROI. Prepare, build, and schedule the delivery of email campaigns with a focus on high-quality, relevant content and effective audience targeting. Manage internal display advertising across LBG’s websites. Produce high-quality, customisable email templates using Pardot to support the standardisation of marketing and to improve turnaround times and overall efficiency. Support the build, maintenance, and optimisation of landing pages. Attend company events when required to support marketing efforts. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Experience & skills Extensive experience of B2B marketing - Experience of legal and/or professional services industries would be beneficial but is not required. Experience managing awards and/or research/accreditation programs would be beneficial but is not required. Strong understanding of best practices in B2B lead generation across the full range of digital channels. Solid experience using marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Sprinklr, BeFree). Demonstrated success working with sales to align marketing to business objectives. Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize according to business needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience using design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
