We are looking for an experienced marketeer to join us as a Senior Marketing Executive. The role will involve the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to support learners at all stages of their journey with Learning Curve Group. Reporting to the Head of Data & Commercial Marketing, you will be instrumental in bringing on new enrolments, supporting learners during their time with LCG, and promoting progression opportunities across the group’s provisions. A key focus of this post is to build on the successful launch of LCG’s commercial offering, giving learners the opportunity to self-fund their courses. We are looking for demonstrable success in e-Commerce and email marketing to support this arm of the business. Working closely with the Heads of Marketing, you will also support our Skills, Apprenticeships, and Academy provisions. You will give insights into learner data, and promote opportunities for our learners to develop, whilst demonstrating ROI in different marketing streams. You’ll have the support of a diverse skillset throughout the wider digital and branding team. Role Information
Duties: Utilising LCG’s full tech stack to create effective and timely comms strategy (including Learner Management System [LMS], Customer Relationship Management [CRM], communications, and analytics tools). Copywriting for a range of applications, including email marketing, digital and traditional ad campaigns. Supporting the growth of LCG’s commercial offering: managing the day-to-day running of LCG’s e-Commerce store, and associated ad activity. Assisting the Heads of Marketing with reporting on learner recruitment, and interpreting data to drive improved return on investment (ROI). Managing LCG’s digital footprint, including website maintenance, relationships with external partners, and promoting best practice amongst the group’s key stakeholders. Competitor analysis and reporting. Comply with the company’s policy and procedures and maintain close liaison with all departments on activities. Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours. Implement and comply with the Safeguarding and Health and Safety Policies. Experienced with email marketing tools and data segmentation. Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
