Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive

to join a growing and dynamic team based in Toome. Salary - DOE

employment. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across on relevant social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Increase followers and engagement across social media channels through compelling content and targeted strategies. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and deliver ROI. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Marketing Effectiveness:

Track and report on marketing KPIs, including lead generation, candidate attraction, conversion rates and return on investment (ROI). Optimise website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Conduct keyword research to target relevant audiences effectively. Candidate Attraction:

Develop innovative campaigns to attract high-quality construction workers and electricians. Work closely with recruitment teams to understand target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Content Creation and Branding:

Enhance the brand identity and position in the recruitment and engineering industries. Create engaging, industry-relevant content, including blogs, articles, videos, and graphics, to attract and inform candidates and clients. Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, social media, and the website. Marketing Materials:

Design and produce promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, for use in campaigns and trade shows. Website Design and Management:

Collaborate with designers or developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimised for candidate applications. Regularly update the website with fresh, relevant content and job listings. Trade Shows and Events:

Represent the company at industry trade shows and events, ensuring a professional and engaging presence. Coordinate marketing support for events, including banners, merchandise, and event promotions. Ideal Criteria: Marketing or related degree. Construction or recruitment industry experience. Strong Adobe creative suite skills. 2+ years marketing experience.
