Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to clients. Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content, promotional materials, and client communications. Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Business Development: Support the creation and presentation of proposals and pitches to prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies. Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to expand the company's reach. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overall goals. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Requirements We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven professional who possesses the following qualifications: Are CIM qualified or have a desire to work towards it. Have English and Maths GCSE level or equivalent. Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Ideally have experience in: Pipeline management, Business development, CRM databases, Market research. Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical skills.
