Recommend key metrics to track success and ensure business growth in revenue, brand presence, and lead generation. Own the Budget:

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to allocate budgets effectively and maximize returns. Lead B2B Campaigns:

Deliver engaging campaigns that position Kiwa as a global thought leader. Innovate:

Experiment with new marketing techniques, leveraging A/B testing and insights to optimise performance. Enhance Customer Experience:

Use insights to refine our customer journey and improve product-market fit. Be Creative:

Craft compelling value propositions that resonate across our business units. Stay Ahead of Trends:

Anticipate market changes and recommend strategies to keep Kiwa at the forefront. Team Leadership:

Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of three marketing professionals. Collaborate Widely:

Work with stakeholders across departments to align on campaigns and drive cross-selling opportunities. Support Sales:

Develop world-class sales funnels and provide innovative lead-generation strategies. Deliver Campaigns:

Lead integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, working with agency partners. Oversee Content:

Strategic thinker with a helicopter view and an entrepreneurial, self-starting approach to driving change. Experience:

Balancing the needs of customers, shareholders, and employees while opening markets, launching services, and driving growth. Adaptability:

Willingness to travel, collaborate in teams, and deliver results with dynamism, reliability, and flexibility. Communication:

£5,600 per annum Generous Annual Leave:

Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service 37.5 hours per week:
