Come join the team and help us make history! The role is a Fixed Term Contract (12 months) based in Germany or London with fluent German language skills. We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to grow the footprint of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. You will be responsible for attracting prospective DSP candidates across EU using brand and performance marketing strategies to drive inbound leads into applications. You will aggregate and analyse inputs from multiple sources to identify and drive recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple markets. As well as driving program awareness and acquisition, you will be responsible for strategic projects to improve effectiveness of marketing across the team, budget ownership, agency management and marketing reporting inputs to senior leaders. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in marketing strategy, and a strong background in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns. You also have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative spirit. You will need to be able to move between strategy and execution on a daily basis. You have experience and influence in cross-team collaboration across multiple projects. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused and have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Key job responsibilities

Own driving brand awareness, lead generation and applications of prospective DSPs in Germany and other EU markets Creation of annual and quarterly campaign strategy including creating agency briefs, planning workflows, agency management and reporting Support the development of the overall integrated marketing and communication strategy Own the market research strategy to identify insights and targeting strategies. Refine Amazon’s DSP proposition to differentiate the program from competition and oversee execution across audience segments and channels. Possess a deep understanding of our audience segmentation and digital product. Own the measurement framework, inclusive of brand health metrics and channel attribution models. Run creative and message testing across the marketing funnel and different channels to drive perception and engagement. Automate and improve triggered communication throughout the customer journey Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best-in-class experience across the marketing funnel. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Experience in marketing or marketing research Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Speak, write, and read fluently in German PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
