The Role
The Senior Strategic Partners Manager is a pivotal role within the Marketing & Portfolio Management function of the Global Consumer Office (GCO) organisation.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Partners and collaborate closely with Global Brand leaders, NGP marketing leads, and cluster marketing leads. You will also engage with external marketing and creative agencies at the CEO level to ensure outstanding performance and delivery of marketing work.

Principle Accountabilities
Serve as the single point of contact for all senior agency leads for strategic and operational decisions.
Lead global strategic partnerships, including annual negotiations, contracting, and performance management.
Allocate marketing agency resources (approx. £30mn spend) per brand, project, and role type.
Lead the quarterly agency appraisal process (QBR) and drive continuous improvement.
Own the Business Planning process, collaborating with GCO Finance and other directors.
Manage the development and implementation of our DAM solution, ensuring it meets stakeholder needs.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in managing high-value marketing agency partnerships.
Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills, with experience in handling budgets of £30mn+.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEOs.
Experience in leading resource allocation and balancing marketing priorities with cost efficiency.
Proactive attitude towards change and transformation, with a focus on continuous improvement.
