Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, optimizing productivity through digitalization and automation, and managing inventory and safety stock levels. Responsibilities:

Address non-conformance issues and coordinate logistics for returns and scrap. Support change management and ensure smooth transitions for new and phased-out products. Drive continuous improvement and participate in cross-functional projects with digital tools. Analyze KPIs through digital dashboards. Participate in production meetings, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. Maintain master data and use methods like Kanban to control inventory. Lead supply chain digital innovation activities. Build and maintain supplier relationships.

Capabilities: Advanced material planning and analysis experience. Highly efficient, self-motivated, and results-driven organizer. Proficient in manufacturing methods (lean, continuous improvement, structured problem solving, value stream mapping). Strong commercial experience, including relationship management and negotiation. Expertise in IT applications, including SAP, MS Project, Power BI, PowerApps and materials modeling. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and escalate risks to management. Proven project leadership skills, driving large-scale transformation projects. Structured thinking, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions. Advanced experience in SAP modules for both transactional and reporting purposes. Solid understanding of logistics concepts (MRP, JIT, Kanban, etc.).
