£35,802+ depending on skills & experience What you’ll be doing: Supporting with end-to-end material management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Working in synergy with the supplier to ensure material availability Collaborating with Logistics to facilitate the receipt, storage and return of materials Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers Collating and analysing data for the creation of KPI’s Representing the team at meetings to give updates on material status Providing updates on internal and external material statuses and issues and taking actions to satisfy the project schedule demands and milestones Your skills and experiences: Essential: Experience working within Project Management Excellent stakeholder management Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Desirable: Previous experience working in Supply Chain Proficient with SAP or similar ERP System Experience using Team Centre Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
