This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to join a Main Contractor's planning team. The role offers a combination of Production planning (Site based), Preconstruction, and Building Safety for public sector projects.
About the role of a Senior M&E Planner
You will be responsible for updating and monitoring a fully integrated programme, which is likely to include implementing change over the life cycle of the project. You will:
Update and monitor a fully integrated programme. Implement change over the life cycle of the project. Act methodically, proactively, and be data-driven. Engage with all stakeholders involved with a project, including the Client and their representatives.
Requirements for a Senior M&E Planner
To be successful, you will need: Extensive MEP knowledge in terms of the infrastructure, installation, and commissioning sequences of M&E services. Experience working at delivery and tender stage. Relevant construction qualifications. Practical construction knowledge is essential. A hands-on planning mindset with determination and passion for identifying problems before they are realized to deliver the best possible outcome. The ability to quickly and clearly articulate key issues and listen to capture the concerns of others.
