Are you a Senior M&E Planner ready for your next challenge?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to join a Main Contractors planning team. The role offers a combination of Production planning (Site based), Preconstruction and Building Safety for the public sector project.
About the role of a Senior M&E Planner You will be responsible for: Updating and monitoring a fully integrated programme, including implementing change over the life cycle of the project. Acting methodically, pro-actively, and being data-driven. Engaging with all stakeholders involved with a project, including the Client and their representatives.
Requirements for a Senior M&E Planner
Extensive MEP knowledge in terms of the infrastructure, installation, and commissioning sequences of M&E services. Experience working at delivery and tender stage. Relevant construction qualifications. Practical construction knowledge is essential. Hands-on planning mindset with determination and passion for identifying problems before they are realised to deliver the best possible outcome. Ability to quickly and clearly articulate key issues and listen and capture concerns of others.
