M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: South West
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car/Allowance and Benefits package
Exclusive opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a very lucrative location and successful client working from Clevedon.
We seek a candidate with 10+ years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor and ideally a relevant educational background.
This is a new position; this individual will be joining an existing elite commercial team and will play a pivotal role within a leading M&E company working on exciting projects up to £20m.
Responsibilities:
Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages Produce monthly commercial reports Monthly financial reviews Support Preconstruction Cash flow forecasting Dispute resolution Validation of Contracts Procurement Agree and resolve final accounts Manage and implement insurances for the work packages Cost value reconciliations and variation procedures Risk and opportunity management procedures Attend meetings
