M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
We are currently working with a prestigious client who is looking for a Senior Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join an exciting hospital build project. The role will be a hybrid role, working both on-site and from either their Bolton office or home.
Remuneration:
£75,000 - £85,000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits
Location:
Site Based 3 days Home/Office based 2 days - Bolton Please note: Subsistence paid if lodging away
The role:
The successful applicants will have experience within Mechanical and Electrical Projects and NEC contracts.
Requirements:
Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager Mechanical and Electrical background NEC Contracts experience Enthusiastic approach to their work
