60,000 - 70,000 + Car/Allowance and Benefits package Exclusive opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a lucrative location with a successful client based in Clevedon. We seek a candidate with 10+ years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor and ideally a relevant educational background. This is a new position; the individual will join an existing elite commercial team and play a pivotal role within a leading M&E company working on exciting projects up to £20m. Responsibilities: Managing and negotiating Sub-Contract packages Producing monthly commercial reports Conducting monthly financial reviews Supporting Preconstruction Cash flow forecasting Dispute resolution Validation of Contracts Procurement Agreeing and resolving final accounts Managing and implementing the insurances for the work packages Cost value reconciliations and variation procedures Risk and opportunity management procedures Attending meetings To apply, please click or email your CV.
