Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy Company Location:

Our client is a privately owned consultancy in the heart of London, working on projects ranging up to £1bn on some of the country’s most forward-thinking initiatives. Their portfolio includes commercial, leisure, heritage, healthcare, sports stadiums, residential, mixed-use, and public sector projects. Due to their prestigious reputation, clients often turn to them as a first point of call for some of the country’s most exciting upcoming schemes. They encourage innovative thinkers and provide award-winning training schemes to help their staff stay ahead of competitors. Although they are a fairly large organization, they operate in smaller teams, fostering collaboration and resulting in low staff turnover. Currently, they are looking for a Senior M&E QS to join them on a portfolio of complex built environment projects across London. They need a reliable and knowledgeable M&E QS with consultancy experience who can fit into an existing team, apply their knowledge across their project portfolio, and manage and mentor a team. The client is ideally looking for: 5+ years of M&E experience Previous consultancy experience Experience working on complex large-scale built environment projects Proficient in M&E software Experience in both pre and contract duties Proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations MRICS chartered and/or relevant university degree Comfortable in a client-facing environment Right to work in the UK In return, our client offers a basic salary of between £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a benefits package that includes over 30 days of annual leave a year.
