Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: South-West Oxfordshire Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits A medium sized well-known property consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their MEP Design team in their office just outside of Oxford. This 25-strong MEP team is extremely busy with confirmed workloads lasting up to 2018. Due to the strong demand for their services, they plan to grow to cater for the already confirmed work and any other project wins. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience leading projects to work in an autonomous environment, with the support of well-regarded, friendly directors. Projects are within the commercial fit-out, hotel, education, and high-end residential sectors, typically working with end clients and architects. Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years experience in Mechanical Design within a building services consultancy. Experience in client-facing roles. Educated to at least Degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar. Experience with Hevacomp and AutoCAD software, and an interest in BIM. Have or working towards a membership of CIBSE or IMechE. At least 5 years UK experience in building services design.
