Senior Mechanical Engineer
- To £70K + 10% bonus + package + client-side role. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll work in the technical team of this residential developer. You'll collaborate closely with the team to help design residential developments for first-time home buyers and be involved in projects from the initial land acquisition, through planning, all design stages, construction, and post-occupancy. You'll use your experience in HVAC and renewable energy to design modern, innovative, and energy-efficient homes across London and the Southeast. You'll enjoy a diverse role of both office and site-based duties and have the option of working from home one day a week. You'll be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £65K, a Travel Allowance of £4500, a contractual bonus of 10%, 25 days leave, 5% pension, and an additional, further individual bonus of up to 15%. Requirements Expert knowledge of HVAC services and PH systems Good understanding of electrical and life safety systems Have seen a few projects through from cradle to grave Previous residential, student accommodation, hotel, or assisted living project experience Able to work in the UK without the need to be sponsored
