Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer from a building services background looking to advance your career and manage projects in both the UK and abroad?
In this role, you will be designing projects based in both the UK and Caribbean, focusing on commercial buildings and entire resorts. You will be producing designs and working towards briefs within specific timelines and budgets, while working collaboratively with the design team to ensure plans are compliant and meet both UK and US regulations.
This well-established company, established in 2009, has worked on multi-million-pound projects in the UK and Caribbean, and is currently looking for an experienced mechanical building services engineer to oversee the designing of a large resort.
The Role: Collaborate with the design team to produce concepts and technically compliant, detailed designs Undertake site surveys, inspections, provide written reports and cost reviews Produce detailed designs and specifications for engineering systems Ensure all designs are compliant and adhere to current government health and safety legislation Professional development through skills development and management experience The Person: Design software platforms (AutoCAD/Revit) Experience with consulting mechanical design engineering practice CIBSE accredited Honours Degree course Reference Number: BBBH17541
