We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our Eadon team as one of our first colleagues at the new site, offering the chance to contribute towards the development of our new location as the team there grows. What you'll do

You will be working alongside other engineers and designers as an integral part of the team at our office in The Lakes, solving a wide variety of engineering problems. Typical tasks could include: Technical and commercial leadership of project delivery, typically with a small team; Building and maintaining client relationships; Developing concepts into detailed designs; Using engineering fundamentals to check that designs work; Carrying out detailed finite element analysis to optimise designs; Our projects come in a variety of shapes and sizes, giving our team the opportunity to rapidly gain broad experience and skills. What you'll need

An ideal candidate would: Have enthusiasm for solving engineering problems, and the drive to learn and take ownership of your own development; Solid technical grasp of the fundamentals of engineering; Have an engineering degree or equivalent qualification; Have the ability to work and communicate effectively with other people; Experience leading small teams and engaging with clients and other stakeholders; The ability to self-organise and prioritise your workload and coordinate others to deliver projects successfully; What you'll get
