Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage all types of mechanical services projects, including budget estimates, drawings, detailed service specifications, and tender documentation. Deliver mechanical projects to client briefs and professional standards. Promote the use of renewable technologies in all designs. Conduct condition surveys and asset management assessments. Oversee project profitability, ensuring delivery within agreed professional fees. Champion multidisciplinary project delivery, fostering collaboration.

What They're Looking For:

Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (or willingness to work towards Chartered status). Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Proven project management experience, particularly with alteration and refurbishment projects. Knowledge of standard forms of building services contracts. Valid driving licence and readiness for site travel.
