Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a passion for designing, implementing, and optimizing building services? We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to lead our clients' projects and drive innovative solutions in building systems design. They are an award-winning Building Services and Sustainability engineering consultancy working on interesting projects across their sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of mechanical systems for complex building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient systems. Skills & Experience: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Proven experience (5+ years) in mechanical building services design and project management. In-depth knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency strategies, and sustainability practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and client management abilities. Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or similar).
