Plan and manage mechanical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Review technical specifications and develop engineering solutions. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Prepare project documentation ensuring timely completion with the project lead. Support and lead technical reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Work directly with the project management team to identify and manage risks at an early stage. You should excel in working with clients and being able to facilitate the development of Projects within the Statement of Work arena. Skills, Competencies and Experiences:
Master's degree level qualification in mechanical engineering or similar degree or demonstrate significant equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years Mechanical Engineering experience within a project lifecycle environment. CEng status preferred. Able to work with multiple stakeholders. Excellent IT skills with the MS Office package. Strong communicator able to present to various audiences in a clear and concise way. Ability to take on new challenges and adapt quickly.
