Senior Mechanical Estimator Senior Mechanical Estimator required for the position of Pre-construction manager for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. You will be responsible for managing tenders, estimators and pre-contract administration This is a great opportunity for a mechanically biased pre-construction manager, estimating manager, project manager, contract manager or senior estimator with a strong mechanical background in commercial and industrial installation estimating to join a business that is on a steep upward trajectory Requirements: Substantial estimating / tendering background within building services Mechanical bias with good electrical awareness Experience of managing multiple tenders Ability to read AutoCad drawings Package: Base salary £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience Bonus based on profit and tender success, typically over £10,000 (contracted into your terms and conditions and based on tender success rate) £6000 car allowance 33 days holiday
