Senior Mechanical Project Manager - M&E Due to retirement, a Senior Mechanical Project Manager is required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. Overseeing around 5 projects at any one time and managing all sub-contract labour, you will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Requirements: Established Mechanical Project Manager with a track record of managing commercial / industrial installation. Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge (plumbing / pipework bias). Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects. Procurement knowledge. Happy to travel nationally when required. Package: Total package: £86,000. Base salary around £60,000. Bonus based on gross profit, typically around £20,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent). £6,000 car allowance. 33 days holiday. Apply now for a confidential conversation.
