We are seeking A-Players to join our team of high-performance marketers. Our mission is to be the UK’s most renowned TikTok marketing agency, pushing brand owners to new heights they never thought possible, and we want you to be a part of this journey. We hope for someone to come in and inject their experience to help lead and grow our rapidly expanding agency.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll have complete autonomy in formulating your clients’ acquisition strategies on TikTok advertising. You’ll be using powerful analytical tools such as Shopify reports, Triple Whale, and Motion to ensure every decision you make is data-driven. It’s vital that you’re hitting your clients’ CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets.
Key Responsibilities:
You will ensure the success of a multitude of e-commerce clients from a range of different niches. Being able to generate results under pressure is key. Poor results = poor client retention rates.
Strategise, build, and execute high-spending TikTok Ad Campaigns, spending over £10,000 per day on the clients’ behalf.
Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of clients.
Communicate with your clients regularly via Slack and Google Meet.
Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to align on activity and progress, demonstrating leadership potential.
Provide expertise on current eCommerce best practices, including Paid Ads, creative, CRO, landing pages, product strategy, Shopify, and analytical tools.
Stay updated with eCommerce best practices through training and research.
Effectively communicate and collaborate across the company.
Actively contribute to the TikTok creative strategy for various brands and communicate ongoing creative ideas to clients.
Research upcoming trends on TikTok and new content angles.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
Demonstrate a deep passion for and understanding of the TikTok platform, the algorithm, and trends that drive brand success.
Have at least 1 year of experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands.
Possess previous agency experience.
Have a broad understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations and advertising strategies.
Exhibit top-notch research skills to pivot quickly from client to client.
Understand the difference between organic creative designed to get views and UGC that drives conversions.
Implement best practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Understand clients’ business and KPIs.
Provide effective feedback to creators to enhance UGC creative.
