Senior Medical Negligence Litigation Executive - (Solicitor 3 years' + PQE)
Salary:
£35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience A great new opportunity has come up for an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a well-known litigation firm in Bolton! Offering a fantastic salary of up to £45,000, this role is perfect for qualified or non-qualified Clinical Negligence Lawyers with at least 3 years' of experience. Responsibilities: Handling your own varied caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated Clinical Negligence files, including both fast and multi-track matters. Dealing with cases independently and without supervision from start to finish. Supporting junior staff members to ensure that they are given the best possibilities for success. Working to targets set by the firm and ensuring that these are met or exceeded at all times. Conducting relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim. Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings. Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing, and management information systems. Correspondence and telephone calls. Reviewing files. Qualifications: Ideally, you will be an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer who has dealt with these cases for at least 3 years. While it is preferable to be a qualified solicitor, this is not a necessity, although exposure to more complex multi-track files is essential. You will be confident in litigation and have the confidence to independently work on your own caseload with little supervision (although there will be a support network in place). Job Type:
