THE POSITION: The Senior Medical Science Liaison will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within a defined territory. The product launch is ongoing as the first and only FDA approved therapy for desmoid tumors. A Marketing Authorisation Application for desmoid tumors in Europe was submitted in February 2024. The Senior MSL will be the scientific face of the Client in the field, requiring mastery of technical, clinical, and functional expertise. Key expectations include developing and maintaining an excellent scientific and medical knowledge base, communicating key insights, and disseminating critical scientific data to external stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain deep expert relationships with relevant KOLs. Support and advise in translating the field medical strategy to a national KOL plan. Consistently partner with Medical Information colleagues to improve processes. Act as expert and primary liaison to investigators interested in research. Be the primary onboarding trainer and mentor for new MSLs. Organize pre-conference company meetings ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners. Stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends. Contribute to the Product Medical Affairs Team. Participate in planning and execution of scientific/medical advisory boards. Serve as a scientific subject matter expert within therapeutic areas. Other Duties: Understand EU pharma rules for MSL activities and HCP/patient interactions. Provide clinical presentations and respond to questions in healthcare settings. Create and implement territory plans aligned with broader strategies. Build and sustain strong relationships with clinical decision-makers. EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB: Travel:

5 days of the week MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of 5-10 years MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Oncology experience essential. Rare disease experience preferred. Demonstrated mastery of effectively presenting clinical/scientific information. Mastery level proficiency with business software. Ability to understand, review, and communicate complex technical concepts. Highly collaborative with outstanding relationship management skills. Strong ability to lead and manage projects/teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to organize work schedule. Valid driver’s license required and must be in good standing.
