Senior Meetings & Events Planning Manager , working alongside the Director of Meeting & Events Planning, you will: Meticulously coordinate and plan the larger hotel events Assist the Director of Planning in the day-to-day running of the department Inject fresh new ideas to drive service standards and encourage repeat business Take an active role in training and development of the M&E Planning team members Engage with Senior Stakeholders on a daily basis Pro-actively drive incremental spends on events Communicate all event details to the hotel operational teams through the BEO in a timely and effective manner Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Where required,
