HMP Huntercombe in Nuffield

near Henley. This Category C prison caters to foreign national men, providing a diverse and unique patient group for you to work with. You will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, delivering triage assessments, delivering 1:1 and group interventions, and caseload management in a person-centred way. This role includes an RSU allowance of £1,446 per annum on top of your salary. The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role. Main duties of the job

To provide high quality, safe and effective mental health care and interventions to the service users within the prison establishment, including management of self-harm and complex needs. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, triaging, assessing, and delivering evidence-based interventions within the framework of the multi-disciplinary team and care programme approach, and input into discharge planning. To work as an integral member of the integrated mental health team, and to provide advice and support to primary health care based within the prison, and other prison staff. You will work with internal and external partners, including partner healthcare providers, prison colleagues, social care providers, and probation services.
