As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will: Deliver high-quality, safe nursing care, ensuring compliance with the NMC Code. Lead comprehensive nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care. Supervise junior staff and students, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Act as the Nurse in charge of the Ward and undertake a defined lead role within the ward or hospital. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and external professionals. Participate in quality improvement processes and clinical governance.
