We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our team as a substantive Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner/Case Manager. We cover the Central Norfolk area. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about improving services for those experiencing a first episode of psychosis aged 14-65. This is a substantive opportunity to become a part of a highly skilled and experienced team delivering interventions to those people experiencing a first episode onset of psychosis. Previous experience of working with Psychosis in Early Intervention teams would be advantageous but is not essential. You will work alongside a dedicated group of clinicians who hold the service user, family, carers, and social recovery at the centre of all that they do whilst being guided by National Standards to deliver timely and evidence-based interventions. A core qualification is required; you might be a nurse, social worker, or occupational therapist. Phone calls, Teams calls, or visits to meet the team and manager are welcomed and encouraged. Qualification
Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent Student nurse supervisor/assessor training or willingness to train Experience
Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience Minimum of a year post-qualification experience Experience of working within an EI team Previous experience of working with people experiencing psychosis Previous experience of working in the community Previous experience of case management Disclosure and Barring Service Check
