As a registered practitioner within CMHT you will:
Hold a caseload of service users under the CPA framework. Offer triage and assessment to service users referred into the service. Manage and assess risk collaboratively with all systems. Support, guide and lead colleagues in your team. Undertake assessments, working collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs. Hold a caseload and undertake duty.
You can expect regular clinical and management supervision with an emphasis on reflective practice. We hold a strong belief in team and individual development, you’ll be provided with a full induction program and access to extensive training and career development.
