Middlesbrough EIP are an established Team delivering excellent care and support to the local community and Top Performing last year in NCAP.
The successful candidate will be part of the multi-disciplinary team, manage a caseload, and deliver specific interventions. The candidate will work with adults and older children (from 14 years old) with First Episode in Psychosis. The Team provides an assessment and a range of evidenced-based interventions to improve the lives and outcomes of service users and their families. Successful applicants should therefore have experience in Mental Health and be able to hold a caseload independently. The candidate will work as an autonomous Practitioner within the Team. In-house training is offered regarding delivering Interventions for new members of staff.
Main duties of the job As a senior practitioner, you will form part of the leadership structures of the team offering supervision and guidance to newly qualified and junior staff. You will provide evidenced-based interventions as required. You will provide assessments of need and develop collaborative care plans with patients and families.
