function. Your Role:

You will be a creative, proactive, and resourceful motion designer with management abilities. You will be passionate about motion and be plugged into all the latest trends and techniques. This role will work across a range of brands within the Ascential portfolio including Cannes Lions, Contagious and Money2020 producing a range of digital video content with storytelling at the heart. You will lead a team of two creatives whilst actively working on multiple projects and quality checking the work of the team. Key Responsibilities Working to briefs to produce videos that fulfil objectives Managing a team of two other creatives Reviewing and ensuring videos from the whole team meet branding requirements Quality control of videos created by the whole Ascential Studios team Using your creativity and skillset to produce compelling content Gathering and implementing feedback Problem-solving and communicating to stakeholders throughout the production process You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced Your Experience Extensive experience in motion graphics Prior management experience Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro Advanced knowledge of video codecs, file formats and social specifications for asset delivery Ability to confidently present ideas and technical execution to stakeholders Have meticulous attention to detail Be a team player with a collaborative mindset All applicants must provide links to relevant past work If you don't meet every single requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply.
