Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance. Provide expert advice and guidance to multi-traders on complex projects. Foster a positive team environment and support team members in their development. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in projects. Requirements
Proven experience as a multi-trader, with supervisory experience. Strong understanding of project management and risk assessment. Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a people person. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits
