The Role Due to growth, we're now looking to recruit a Senior National Account Manager to join their highly talented, experienced, and world-class commercial team managing the HQ buyer relationships with a Top Grocery account in Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Managing the primary head-office relationships with a large grocery customer across Ireland. Representing our huge categories and customers. Creating, implementing, and driving winning joint business plans. Full P&L responsibility and budget management. Leading complex commercial discussions. Setting the strategy for planning. Driving cross-functional project teams. Collaboratively working with our world-class functions; MS&P, trade marketing, e-commerce, category, insight, shopper, brand teams, finance, and supply chain. Reporting to Senior Leaders both in the UK, IRE, and Internationally. Managing a multi-million pound budget. Being the key interface between our brands, customers, and consumers. Joining our brands in the expansion phase, with autonomy to design ideas, create, and drive strategies. The ideal candidate for this role will have/be: FMCG experience, preferably a background as a NAM, SNAM, or Buyer. Alternatively, experience in Category, Trade Marketing, MS&P, or a similar commercial function. Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience. Degree educated. Track record of delivering strong financial wins within the FMCG sector. Existing experience at HQ level with national account customers, preferably Grocery, Convenience, High-street, or similar customers. Package:
