Role Overview: As a .NET Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of this FinTech business and contribute to the creation of high-quality, intuitive applications. Your ability to adapt quickly to complex environments and learn new concepts will be essential in developing and supporting systems while adhering to challenging timelines. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity to work on diverse projects and drive continuous improvement within the team. Responsibilities:

Motivate and lead a group of developers working on various projects, providing technical guidance, work breakdown, progress management, time management, code reviews, and appraisals. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and other stakeholders to analyze and shape requirements, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered. Design and develop new functionalities within core products, focusing on innovation and quality. Implement effective working practices and foster clear communication within the team and with superiors. Mentor and share knowledge with other developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Collaborate with team leads and senior developers to spread best practices and align efforts. Work closely with the near shore development team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and collaborating on design and architectural challenges. Desired Experience:

Proficient in GIT version control. Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and specification. Exposure to both backend and frontend development. Knowledge of build processes and technologies, including CI/CD. Understanding of application architecture. Experience in interfacing with 3rd party systems. Proficiency in TypeScript, React, JSS, SCSS, and Redux. Familiarity with Jest, Mocha, Chai, Karma, and Puppeteer. Knowledge of NodeJS, Webpack, Ocelot, and Envoy.
