Do you have proven experience leading a room and being the lead advisor on Network / Security transformations. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Strategic Advisory: Build strong relationships with multi-million-pound clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice to shape tailored solutions. Act as the primary technical consultant, managing client expectations and addressing complex issues effectively. Solution Design & Delivery: Design and implement robust, scalable network and cloud solutions to meet the demands of large-scale projects. Produce Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and lead design workshops to ensure alignment and secure client buy-in. Support pre-sales activities by refining statements of work (SoWs), ensuring clarity around scope, and providing technical insights to guide the client decision-making process. Lead and manage the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, lead technical discussions, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams to deliver successful outcomes. Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to process improvements to drive excellence in project delivery. Essential Skills & Qualifications Client-Facing Expertise: Extensive experience working with top consultancy firms on large-scale, multi-million-pound projects across a range of industries. Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives. Technical Expertise: Strong Network / Firewall design across Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco or Juniper In-depth knowledge of networks, network security, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), data centers, wireless technologies, and cyber security. Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions, firewall upgrades, identity management (e.g., MFA), and monitoring tools like Sciencelogic. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4, or SilverPeak SD-WAN or PCNSE are desirable.
