Be among the first 25 applicants for a key role within a growing business for a highly motivated and eager to impress Senior Network Engineer. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the business's IT Network and working closely with the team to resolve complex issues and customer faults. This organization has secured funding to take them through the next 3 years and they want to get their senior team in place quickly in order to grow and compete in their markets. The successful candidate will also be involved in overseeing equipment deployment at new sites and managing current network infrastructure. You will be proactive, highly motivated, and capable of delivering objectives accurately and on time. Main Responsibilities: Supporting the Networks team to handle faults within the core and access networks. Developing a culture of clear expectations and encouraging personal responsibility and development within the team. Collaborating with external suppliers to resolve issues. Documenting and communicating network changes to relevant team members. Skills & Experience Required: Ability to create, manage, and update project plans and deliverables. Expertise in solving complex network and security challenges. Advanced troubleshooting at LAN and WAN levels. In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, CGNAT, IPV4, and IPV6. Extensive experience in multiple network technologies. Strong experience with Arista/Cisco.
