Lead Network Engineer and Architect

to play a pivotal role in developing and managing telecom and network services, driving continuous improvement, and implementing innovative technologies. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead the development, support, and management of telecom and network services. You’ll ensure optimal service delivery, secure operations, and alignment with strategic objectives. This includes designing and maintaining robust network architectures, exploring new technologies, and leading critical projects to enhance IT infrastructure. What You'll Do Lead the development and implementation of network and telecom strategies. Design and manage secure, efficient, and innovative network solutions. Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of voice and data networks. Work on projects that include smart technologies and cloud networking solutions. Mentor team members, maintain service documentation, and drive operational improvements. Act as the subject matter expert for network technologies, collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Certifications : Minimum CCNA; CCNP highly desirable. Experience : Hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies (switching, routing, Firepower, SDA/ACI/DNAC/ISE). Skills : Strong knowledge of Software-Defined Networking, network security, wireless network design (e.g., Ekahau), and cloud networking (AWS/Azure). Additional : Familiarity with SIEM tools like Splunk and a commitment to continuous improvement.
