This means they can provide an end-to-end events solution for the clients, keeping everything in-house, which results in better costs for clients and more control for the agency. It's a very exciting time to join them, and they're looking for a Senior New Business Manager who can help with their next phase of growth. The business has a very strong creative department, excellent production capabilities, and a talented team of client servicing people. They have a great marketing leader who drives their brand and PR and a senior leadership team that is supportive and ambitious. They now want a Senior New Business Manager who will come into the business and help with further growth. The Senior New Business Manager will oversee the growth and new business strategy. Focusing on outbound new business and managing the new business leads agency, you'll be the person who drives growth with the CEO and leads the charge. We need someone who is proactive and motivated by growth. The Senior New Business Manager will have great exposure at this business. You'll be an excellent presenter, great at putting decks together, creative and commercial, and you'll understand how to build a sales pipeline. The Senior New Business Manager will be supported in this role. The CEO will trust you and ensure you have the tools you need for success.
