Senior Night Carer Required!
Do you have proven experience in Dementia care?
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Night Carer to join our amazing team at Magnolia House. You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting a care team ensuring high quality care is provided at all times.
The role
This is a hands-on caring role where you will support people to live their lives in a meaningful way. You will care for them as if they were your own family; with respect and dignity, and ensure that their physical and emotional needs are recognised and met with warmth and affection. You will be supported to fulfil your training so that you are always up to date with the latest guidance; giving you confidence to know that you are caring for people, according to best practice and to the best of your ability.
Shifts will include weekends.
Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide sponsorship for overseas workers.
About you
Minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3
A passion for delivering excellent, person-centered care
Relevant Dementia Care experience in a residential care home setting
Experienced in medication administration
