Rotating shift basis (Including some nights) to support the UK, USA and AsiaPAC markets. This role is a London-based position supporting the global network operations function for a market-leading SaaS and connectivity business. We are looking for an additional senior engineer for the network operations team. This is an opportunity to work for a listed/market-leading technology company with a strong presence in the USA, Europe, and AsiaPac. In this role, you'll assist with bringing live new customer locations smoothly and efficiently, as well as providing technical support for equipment and services at existing customer locations. Responsibilities will involve in-depth work with LAN/WAN, wired and wireless network technologies, RADIUS, and a variety of bespoke orchestration tools and platforms. You'll be a customer-facing NOC engineer with considerable remote support experience. While not vendor-specific, we expect Cisco CCNP or Juniper JNCIS level qualifications, with expertise in routing and switching/service provider routes being ideal. Real-world experience with some of the following hardware/software is required: Juniper, Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus, Extreme Networks, Cisco BroadWorks, FreeRADIUS, MySQL, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and LACP.
