Senior NPD Process Technologist.
Our market leading client serves a wide range of retailers top quality beef and lamb. The successful candidate will lead and assist in the transition of products from concept to launch through planning, preparation and successful execution of kitchen and factory trials. What your typical day will look like: Lead/assist with kitchen & factory trials, ensuring detailed data and reports are recorded for accurate cost capture. Communicate regularly with customers and lead presentations. Lead in the provision of accurate technical information supporting customer samples at all stages. Lead in agreement of specifications of all new meat ingredients and ensure accurate pricing added at critical stages. Hold regular internal meetings with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. Take responsibility for short- & long-term projects when required. What you will need to succeed: Relevant third level qualification in a food-related subject. Minimum 2 years' experience working with food. Excellent standard of verbal and written English. Demonstrate effective communication, written & verbal. IT literate. Desirable Criteria (it would be great if you have these but don't worry if you don't!): Good knowledge of the meat & added value industry across multiple retailers. Experience delivering NPD projects in a similar role. Presentation skills. Ability to use Canva & video editing software. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
