Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key person for a group of children, tracking and supporting their development.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to foster learning and growth.
- Create and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
- Uphold and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Adhere to nursery policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified NVQ Level 2/3 (or higher).
- Professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach.
- Strong communication skills with children and adults.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
