Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to work with our client in the aerospace sector. This role is site-based, and you will need to have good customer engagement skills as well as proficiency in sickness absence case management, pre-placement screening, audiometry, spirometry, and immunisations. This role will be hybrid and include some home-based working as well as working on the client sites split between Cheltenham and Gloucester. In return, we offer an industry-leading training and development program to help you get where you want to go in Occupational Health. If you want to carry out additional training and qualifications or take on leadership and management responsibilities, we will support you.

Who Are We Looking For? Registered Nurse (Adult), registered with NMC. An OH Nursing qualification is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and gain the support of line managers, HR Managers, and employees throughout client organisations. Good organisational skills to manage own workload and the workflow within the OH team and provider organisation. Problem-solving skills to devise workable solutions to occupational health issues identified. Specific refined skills in case management. IT literacy is essential.
