We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Health and Safety Consultant to support project delivery, business growth, and technical services. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational health and safety audits and inspections, including development of tailored legal registers and action plans. Perform risk assessments specific to legislation (e.g., COSHH, PUWER, Working at Height) and provide compliance recommendations. Offer on-site occupational health and safety advisory services. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars at various levels. Contribute to marketing and business development by identifying new clients and opportunities. Support the implementation and improvement of health and safety management systems, including ISO 45001 compliance. Requirements Honours or Master's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related discipline. NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety. Minimum five years of experience in occupational health and safety consultancy or technical practice. In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays, as required. Desirable Qualifications and Experience Professional chartership and membership in recognized safety organizations (e.g., IOSH). Experience with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Expertise in developing and applying ISO 45001-certified management systems.
