A well renowned Neurological centre based in Gloucestershire is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their growing team.
Requirements:
Occupational Therapy professional qualification UK HCPC Registration with no restrictions Specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models Knowledge of how to work with neurodiverse individuals Communicate effectively with a range of clinicians, managers, directors, carers/family members, stakeholders and agencies Provide compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff including support staff and assistants Make clinical decisions on the most appropriate form of therapy. Support the completion of appraisals/personal development plans with junior staff Demonstrate evidence highly effective clinical reasoning skills To be responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate policies, protocols and care pathways The successful Occupational Therapist candidate will also receive a number of additional incentives: 33 days annual leave (inc Bank Holidays) – plus your birthday off!
